This rug is handwoven from alpaca wool, a fine and durable fiber that works beautifully both indoors and outdoors. Each creation is unique and unrepeatable, with small imperfections that add to its charm. We recommend dry cleaning. The weavers from high Andean communities use the ancestral technique of the Andean Loom, a warp-and-weft system that creates beautiful and colorful designs using natural dyes. Each rug is made up of two looms, approximately 70 centimeters wide, with a seam along its length where the looms join.
